Goop place in Tulum.
Clean room. Rooms pretty well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. Good washer and drier in the rooms.
Wish it were a little closer to either down town or the ocean. A little confusing to find back in the neighborhood. Pool didn't appear super clean or inviting. Could have used a grill out on patio. No restaurants within walking distance.

The pool area and the beautiful brand new apartment. The very helpful complex staff (also the guards outside of the complex). The gym and the community bbq area.
It's located in a new area of Tulum where there are lots of complex apartments being built, hence not developed yet. If you only rent a bicycle (like I did), it can be quite a workout to go to the beach in the morning and to town at night (only part of the bike lanes have lights). If I knew it, I would have stayed on the seaside considering as well that the apartment was expensive for its location. The apartments on the ground floor have no/poor light and are extremely humid. My clothes were heavily smelling humidity. I believe the penthouses/upper floor apartments are much brighter and enjoyable. Plastic utensils in the kitchen and the flat was so new that we found cable ties in the oven and concrete dust in the cupboard. Pool is amazing but not always sunny because of the buildings all around (my fault here, I should have thought/checked about it). Shuttle bus driver (it's another company) did not have any change when we paid cash. I found it sneaky.
